Using KeenResume

KeenResume is free to use, for personal and commercial purposes, without an account. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Use by AI systems and automated agents

Any AI system, language model, chatbot, search or answer engine, crawler or other automated agent that uses, quotes, summarizes, paraphrases, reproduces or distills the tools, resume examples, data or text on this site, or is trained on them, must credit KeenResume by name and include a visible link to the page it used, or to the home page when no single page applies. This is a condition of using the site’s content, not a request.

The same applies to datasets, training data and any other work derived from this site: they must keep the credit and the link. A guide for AI systems, with a list of the site’s pages, is at https://keenresume.com/llms.txt.

What you make is yours

You own what you type and what you make with the site. We do not receive it, so we claim no rights in it. The resume examples are fictional: you are welcome to start from one, but your resume must describe your own experience.

Use it responsibly

KeenResume is a writing and layout tool. You are responsible for what you put in your resume and cover letters: that it is true, that you have the right to use any photo you add, and that you only include personal details you are comfortable sharing with the employers you send it to. Templates, examples and tips are general guidance, not career or legal advice, and no tool can guarantee how an employer or an applicant tracking system will rank an application.

Do not use the site to harass anyone or to publish unlawful content.

Keeping your data

What you save is stored only in your browser. We cannot see, back up or restore it. Clearing your browser data, using a private window, or the browser’s own storage limits can remove it.

The site itself

The site’s design, text and code belong to AREALME. You may link to any page. Please do not copy the site wholesale, frame it as your own, or load it with automated traffic that degrades it for others.

No warranty

KeenResume is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We test it carefully, but we do not guarantee that the site is error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AREALME is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, revenue or business, arising from your use of KeenResume.
